Self-development programme run over the year aims to support people affected with ADHD to understand the condition and learn tools and strategies for how to accept and live with the pros and cons of the condition.
The programme focuses on different topics in each session, like anxiety,time management, organisation & prioritisation, self-care, self-esteem, relationships and more. It runs over 10 sessions at different times of the year.
