We’re excited to organise a series of events in collaboration with experienced occupational therapists, designed specifically for parents of ADHD children and ADHD adults.
These sessions offer a supportive space to explore practical strategies for managing daily challenges—from time management and organisation to sensory regulation and emotional well-being. Attendees will gain valuable insights into how occupational therapy can support executive functioning, reduce overwhelm, and promote independence in various settings.
