We currently have two open positions:

  1. UMAAP Facilitator – Psychologist/Psychotherapist
  2. UMAAP Programme – Assistant Psychologist

The Understanding and Managing Adult ADHD (UMAAP) course is a 6-week webinar-style psychological intervention for adults who have ADHD (both formally diagnosed and self-identified ADHD). This course was developed by the UCD School of Psychology in conjunction with ADHD Ireland and the National Clinical Programme.

UMAAP takes a neurodiversity affirmative approach to ADHD, combining psychoeducation and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) based psychological skills to promote ADHDers understanding and acceptance of their neurodivergent brains, develop more self-compassion and engage more fully with their lives. The current team is comprised of two assistant psychologists and 3 UMAAP facilitators who are neurodivergent themselves.
