ADHD Ireland’s Support Groups for Adults
Our support groups take place regularly in Dublin and in locations around Ireland. These groups are an opportunity to come together with other individuals with ADHD and discuss challenges as well as successes that one is experiencing.
These support groups are free, but we do ask for a small donation to cover our costs. To get information about times, dates and locations of upcoming support groups, fill in your details below and we’ll be in touch ASAP.
Alternatively, give us a call on 01 8748349 or check out our Facebook page or click on our Events page to find out about future events.
