ADHD Ireland’s Support Groups for Adults
We are regularly delivering support groups for adults online and in person. Our online groups have various specific groups, from general Adult groups to Women, Men, Creatives and more. The online support groups are free of charge.
Our in-person support groups take place regularly in Dublin, Cork and in locations around Ireland. These support groups are free, but we do ask for a small donation to cover our costs.
These groups are an opportunity to come together with other individuals with ADHD and discuss challenges as well as successes that one is experiencing.
