Coaching is individualized and action-focused, so the client is working to build on habits and systems that lead to a more productive and fulfilling life.
ADHD Coaching is an ongoing partnership that helps clients live more effective and satisfying lives by deepening their learning, improving their performance, and enhancing their quality of life. For some there can be limiting self belief, a coach will work with each individual and their own ADHD to develop and build on tools discovered , strategies that help with every day task and challenges. This all works to support also self confidence, acceptance and motivation.

Your coach works with you to get a clear understanding of how your ADHD is impacting on your life.
The ADHD coach will work with you to put tools and strategies in place to support you in being more self-aware of your ADHD challenges and how better you can plan and organise your life to reduce the impact they are having for you, your family, your friends, and in your work place if needed.
They will customise to your needs a tool box of action-focused strategies you can call on to reduce your ADHD symptoms impact on your life.
The coach will work with you to draw out and discover the answers, you know best what will work for you, the answers are inside you the coaches works with you one on one to draw them out. The coach will work with you to build habits and systems that make your life easier to live a fulfilled life, in this neurotypical world.

- How to use Task Timing to organise your daily schedule
- How to use Pomodoro’s to get through your task
- How to overcome time blindness
- How to organise your to-do list
- Hot to be on time for events, work, the gym, dinner etc
- How to use google maps more effectively to plan and time your journey
- How to practice active listening
- How to manage your hyper activity
- How to use your hyper focus as a gift to get things done!
- How to remember to take your meds if on meditation
- How to use meditation, breathwork, mindfulseness tools to ease your ADHD symptoms
- How to implement an exercise routine into your week to treat your adhd symptoms
- How to create routine in your life
- How to work with your coach and be held accountable for taking action, your coach is your accountability partner.
Types of Coaching
One to one coaching:
These are typically up to one-hour sessions in person or via zoom with your coach, where just the 2 of you work together on improving your life to be more productive and fulfilled.
You will usually meet your coach weekly or fortnightly, you coach will hold you accountable to implement the strategies you have discussed at each session, reviewing them at the following session to see if they worked or not and if not finding review how they can improve the strategy to work for you.
Group Coaching:
These are mostly via zoom, it is a great way to come together with other ADHD adults and share what has worked for each other, learning from each other while being guided and coached by the ADHD coach through out the group session.
