Specialisterne Ireland is a not-for-profit recruitment consultancy that promotes employment for people on the autism spectrum, with ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and who experience similar challenges.
Specialisterne Ireland in collaboration with ADHD Ireland are launching a pilot, which aims to support adults with ADHD to move closer to achieving their career goals. Spaces are limited for immediate starts, though we will operate a waitlist should one be required.
Many individuals who are neurodiverse struggle with interviews and benefit from a step by step approach to the interview process used by current employers. Our experience helps employers recruit and retain talented people and grow diverse, effective teams. As part of the Specialist People Foundation, we contribute to a global aim of one million jobs for people on the Autism Spectrum.
Specialisterne Ireland provides an intensive interview skills programme with individualised assessment, CV preparation, and interview training at no cost to the individual. We provide guidance on workplace etiquette and the corporate environment. We help candidates to identify the best of their educational and workplace experience for upcoming interviews and provide mock interviews to prepare.
Specialisterne Ireland have several fantastic partner companies such as SAP, DPS Group, Northern Trust, Pfizer, Accenture, AIG and many more. Through our employer partnerships, we arrange for candidates to be recruited through a neurodiverse friendly process. Where a candidate’s experience, education and skillset match an available position in one of our partner companies, the suitable candidate would be put forward for interview. This process allows us to tailor the interview for the needs of the candidate and coach the interview panel on conducting neurodiverse friendly interviews. If successful at neurodiverse friendly interview, Specialisterne Ireland will support the onboarding of the candidate into the workplace, and will provide ongoing support to the candidate, manager and team as needed.
